Inspired Coaching and Consulting
Shyna Jackson BSN, RN, RAC-CT, is a 10+ yr Registered Nurse with a BSN from UTArlington with a minor in psychology along with a 30 year music background. Shyna started her career as a charge nurse in a long term care facility in 2014, in which she advanced to supervisor, to assistant director of nursing, to landing a position in MDS in 2018 through an MDS course taken that assisted in bypassing requirements aka barriers to obtaining an MDS position. Shyna has since excelled and received multiple awards and accolades for her awesome performance in MDS, recently being certified through AAPACN as a Certified Resident Assessment Coordinator (RAC-CT). Shyna's goal is to now reach back to fellow nurses who seek a change in their career as she did 5 years ago and "shine light" on this exhilarating hidden field of nursing! Through provided products, videos, and courses her goal is to assist all MDS nurses, new and seasoned, in making their lives a bit easier and more manageable!
